Exodc^{^®}XAccurflow^{^®} single-use diaphragm pump head is engineered for biopharmaceutical single-use fluid circuits. The pump housing is polypropylene (PP); the diaphragm is manufactured from thermoplastic vulcanizate (TPV). Check valves and O-rings are silicone. All wetted parts are validated for biocompatibility and physicochemical performance.

The range comprises nine serial sizes, offering flow rates from 0.9 to 10000 L/h, a maximum working pressure of 0.4 MPa, operating temperatures between 0 °C and 60 °C, and pump chamber volumes from 6.6 to 970 mL. The pump head accommodates fluid transfer from laboratory scale through to commercial production.

It is qualified to withstand 25 kGy gamma irradiation, enabling terminal sterilization and integration within aseptic manufacturing processes.
